Fixed Fees
Our fixed fees are quoted in advance of the work and related to the value of work to be completed, so that you know where you stand. That is unless you prefer to be charged on an hourly basis.
Free Phone Support
If you need help and we can provide it over the phone, then our advice will always be FREE. Support is important for new or growing businesses and for receiving timely advice on your personal tax affairs, so feel free to contact us whenever you need some help or just need someone to act as a sounding board.
Free Meetings
Whenever you wish to meet up, meetings at our offices are always provided FREE of charge. Just call us to schedule the meeting. Or perhaps you would rather have face-to-face meetings via Video Conferencing, such as, with Zoom. Either way, we are flexible.
Tax Review
With all new business clients, our standard services include a FREE initial tax review, to try and identify possible tax planning opportunities you may not be taking advantage of.
On Time
As long as you provide information on time, we will always meet agreed deadlines. We work on time, every time. Accounts are guaranteed for completion within 30 days. We reply to phone calls and e-mails within within 24 hours and usually much, much quicker.
Experience
We have considerable experience working with many different industries and small to medium sized businesses, as well as private individuals. We are multi-disciplined and able to offer advice in all areas of running a business, including help with the latest technological advances in business systems.
Paperwork
We can sort all your paperwork. We understand doing the paperwork can be stressful for many business owners / managers who really just want to get on with running and building their business. So if you wish, we can take all the book-keeping, payroll and other paperwork off of you as well as the normal annual accounts and tax work.

We Are Flexible Accountants, who speak clear & plain English and we promise not to baffle you with any technical jargon. We want you to feel comfortable when picking up the phone to us. We will work and communicate with you, in a way that is tailored to your individual requirements.
